Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and undamaged. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at contact.domelyon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact.domelyon@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
